Restore Homes

Restore Homes is the home repair & low-income housing arm of RestoreOKC -- our mission is to partner with our neighbors in Northeast Oklahoma City to provide home repairs that allow seniors & low-income homeowners to safely age in place, or to safely provide adequate shelter for their families.

Since 2019, we have expanded to acquire, rehabilitate & rent (or rent-to-own) housing back to neighbors to help neighbors who cannot easily handle fluctuating markets. The idea is to allow them to retain their rentals or, ideally, to move toward home ownership so that they are best positioned to take advantage of the equity in the current market & can begin to build generational wealth for themselves and their families -- which we at RestoreOKC believe to be a key component of any flourishing community & essential for restorative justice.
